¿Jugaremos con otros Grupos?

¿Cuánto tiempo durará la experiencia?

Toda la experiencia normalmente toma más de 1 hora. El juego en sí puede durar hasta 60 minutos, ademas, se dará una charla de video introductivo antes de que comience el juego, bebidas y fotos después de concluir el juego.

¿Qué habilidades necesito para jugar?

Who can play the game?

Anyone can play our games in groups of 2-6 players. We recommend that children under the ages of 7 do not play as they might not understand the games. Participants under 18 years of age, must have a waiver signed by a parent or a legal guardian at the time of their experience. In the event the guardian won't be present with the person under 18 years of age, please fill out this  waiver

What else can I do at Escapology Denver?

The game itself can last up to 60 minutes in addition to the video briefing you are given before the game starts and the photo after the game. We encourage you to come at least 15 minutes or more before your start time and also extend your experience at The Escape Lounge, which includes a full bar, themed cocktails, food and more fun!

What happens in a live escape room?

Part game, part theater, part team building exercise, our live escape rooms are designed to engage all your senses. Your team of two to six players is given 60 minutes to solve complex puzzles in a closed-door environment. The question is, will you make your escape before time runs out?

Your experience begins when a ghostly voice explains your task and announces that you have one hour to escape. Clues are hidden throughout the room, and it’s up to your team to find and solve them. You’ll discover quickly that you must all work together to solve the puzzles that lead to escape. You’ll learn a lot about yourself and your fellow team members as you share the adventure and collaborate to find the answer that leads to winning the game!

We’re located in the Denver Metro area at 2220 California Street. We’re an easy drive from Arvada, Aurora, Berkley, Brighton, Broomfield, Centennial, Commerce City, Englewood, Golden, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Ken Caryl, Lakewood, Littleton, Parker, RINO, Thornton, Westminster and Wheat Ridge.

¿Qué pasa si llego tarde?

Como cortesía para todos los jugadores, todos los juegos comienzan exactamente a la hora publicada. Si llegas tarde todavía puedes jugar, pero se te reducirá el tiempo de tus 60 minutos. Debes llegar al menos 15 minutos antes de la hora de inicio del juego para registrarse y firmar tus exenciones. No habrá reembolsos por llegadas tardías.

Are mobile phones permitted?

Mobile phones are not allowed to be used in the room. The use of electronic devices or any outside tools are strictly prohibited. We provide a safe place in each game room for you to store your phone and belongings while you play!

Will our party have the escape room to ourselves?

Our escape rooms are shared vs. private, meaning if you don't book the entire room, you might be sharing it with other participants. But that's a great way to meet new people who have similar interests!

What is your cancellation policy?

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. We may be able to change your game to an alternative slot or provide credit for a future game. Please call the venue for more details.

Am I really locked in a room?

No. Fire marshals would never allow that. You will definitely “feel” like you are locked in but if you ever need to step out of the room, then you can. You will be so immersed in the game that you won’t even think about it!

Are your games wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We pride ourselves on having totally accessible games. There maybe occasional puzzles that require additional assistance but in general everyone can play an active part in all aspects of the games.

Is there a dress code?

Just come as you are! Just make sure your comfy as all of your senses will be on high alert!

What will you do to keep us as safe as possible from the COVID-19 virus?

We do everything we can to keep our guests and employees healthy and safe. For example, all games are now private and deep-cleaned between games. We have also minimized the number of participants to six people per game. All guests are required to wear masks while in our venue and it is suggested that they remain on while in the escape room (not required). Gloves and hand sanitizer is also provided if requested. Guests are now provided with online waivers that are to be completed before they arrive to the venue. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your game and will now be texting you a reminder at that time. This minimizes congregation of people and handling of IPads. It is very important that you are timely as we are trying our best to have games run on time to the best of our ability. Lastly, if you would like to eat and drink before or after your game, please call to make a reservation and come in at the appropriate time. You'll be able to bring your drinks into the game rooms!

RETURN POLICY
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. We may be able to change your game to an alternative slot or provide credit for a future game. Cancellations or requests for game/time changes made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 20% service fee.

SHIPPING
Domestic and International Orders: Currently we do not ship orders. All tickets are delivered online.
