You have a choice! You can play alone or you can pair up with other guests and play together. Just click the "info" buttons when you are booking to check which experience you are booking.

Your entire experience will normally take over 1 hour. The game itself can last up to 60 minutes, and we will give you a video briefing before your game starts, and drinks and a photo after your game.

No special skills or knowledge are required to play the games, apart from a decent understanding of English.

It is better for your experience to stay in the game until you escape, although in an emergency you can always leave the game.

Your group will be assigned a personal Game Master to guide you through your experience. If are are really stuck, you may ask for a hint!

Anyone can play our games in groups of 2-6 players. We recommend that children under the ages of 7 do not play as they might not understand the games. Participants under 18 years of age, must have a waiver signed by a parent or a legal guardian at the time of their experience. In the event the guardian won't be present with the person under 18 years of age, please fill out this  waiver

The door to the room closes exactly at the time you signed up for. Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to make sure you are there before the room is locked. We may be able to get you into the room after your allotted time, but if we can you will have time deducted. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Mobile phones are not allowed to be used in the room. The use of electronic devices or any outside tools are strictly prohibited. We provide a safe place in each game room for you to store your phone and belongings while you play!

No. Fire marshals would never allow that. You will definitely “feel” like you are locked in but if you ever need to step out of the room, then you can. You will be so immersed in the game that you won’t even think about it!

Yes. We pride ourselves on having totally accessible games. There maybe occasional puzzles that require additional assistance but in general everyone can play an active part in all aspects of the games.

Our business conditions have changed significantly since the pandemic. We are unable to honor some printed specials and coupons that are still in circulation exactly as they were then published. No. Our rooms are engaging, and immersive, but not scary. We will never blindfold you or turn off the lights. There are no jump scares, although there are a few surprises along the way.

Without an adult in the room, we recommend players be at least 14 due to the reasoning and logic skills required for some of the puzzles. All our rooms are "PG" rated, so there are no issues with content being inappropriate. Children of all ages can play with adults. We do not charge for children under 8 playing with parents.

Floors are level and doors are 36" wide. You are never required to crawl or jump to complete the room. Some furniture in the rooms can make it difficult to access all areas, and some items may be hidden up high or on the floor. If you make us aware before the game of any limitations we can stage the room to accommodate. Extra chairs are also available for anyone unable to stand for the duration of the game. The entrance to our building has a ramp, so there is no need to climb stairs. Some of our most successful teams are multi-generational, where each person uses their talents at different moments in the game.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. We may be able to change your game to an alternative slot or provide credit for a future game. Please call the venue for more details.

There are 17 spaces on the property, and additional metered spaces on Lady Street. Metered spaces are free after 5PM. The Lincoln Street Parking Deck is less than 1/4 mile away and accepts credit cards.
