No. Fire marshals would never allow that. You will definitely “feel” like you are locked in but if you ever need to step out of the room, then you can. You will be so immersed in the game that you won’t even think about it!

Yes. We pride ourselves on having totally accessible games. There maybe occasional puzzles that require additional assistance but in general everyone can play an active part in all aspects of the games.

Just come as you are! Just make sure your comfy as all of your senses will be on high alert!

You have a choice! You can play alone or you can pair up with other guests and play together. Just click the "info" buttons when you are booking to check which experience you are booking.

Your entire experience will normally take over 1 hour. The game itself can last up to 60 minutes, and we will give you a video briefing before your game starts, and drinks and a photo after your game.

No special skills or knowledge are required to play the games, apart from a decent understanding of English.

It is better for your experience to stay in the game until you escape, although in an emergency you can always leave the game.

Your group will be assigned a personal Game Master to guide you through your experience. If are are really stuck, you may ask for a hint!

Anyone can play our games in groups of 2-6 players. We recommend that children under the ages of 7 do not play as they might not understand the games. Participants under 18 years of age, must have a waiver signed by a parent or a legal guardian at the time of their experience. In the event the guardian won't be present with the person under 18 years of age, please fill out this  waiver

The door to the room closes exactly at the time you signed up for. Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to make sure you are there before the room is locked. We may be able to get you into the room after your allotted time, but if we can you will have time deducted. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Mobile phones are not allowed to be used in the room. The use of electronic devices or any outside tools are strictly prohibited. We provide a safe place in each game room for you to store your phone and belongings while you play!

KIDS MODE is currently available for the following games and in select venues: Scooby-Doo and the Spooky Castle Adventure, Antidote, Lost City, and Mansion Murder. Just like our classic escape rooms, you have 60 minutes to escape a KIDS MODE game. For a stress-free experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Any team of 4 to 8 players ages 7 to 14 can play! Grownups, feel free to relax until game time is over - or if you’d prefer, you can supervise inside the game room.

Escapology Gift Cards 1) Escapology Gift Cards are only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another Gift Card and will be automatically forfeited. 2) Any additional cost exceeding the value of Escapology Gift Cards will be paid by the redeemer. 3) Escapology Gift Cards are valid 12 months from the date of purchase. After that it has no redeemable value and is null and void. 4) Escapology Gift Cards will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen. 5) Escapology Gift Cards are valid only at Escapology venue it was purchased at. 6) In the event of any dispute, the decision of Escapology LLC is final. 7) Escapology LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

On the booking page you will see how many people can play each game. Typically our games are ideal for groups of between 2 and 8 players.

Of course. As long as you’re still within the maximum number of people for each game you can add an extra person to the booking. There’s no need to let us know in advance, and they can pay when they arrive.

Unfortunately not, we don’t provide refunds if someone doesn’t play. We'll happily credit your account to be able to use it on a game in the future.

Yes! Whilst it’s possible to ‘walk-in’ we may well be fully booked so we strongly recommend that you book in advance.

Yes! Our facility can cope with groups from 2 to 112 people! We specialize in team building, we love birthday parties and all kinds of events. Please click here for more details.

We welcome players of any and all ages into our escape rooms, although we recommend our games for ages 12 and older. You are welcome to bring younger players but some of the challenges maybe difficult for them. Anyone 14 or under will need to be accompanied by an adult and any player under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
